SUMMARY:Session de formation 2019 de la SFC
DESCRIPTION:Épigénétique et cancer : nouvelles pistes thérapeutiques \nCoordination : Pr Jacques Robert  \nCette formation s’est déroulée sur deux jours consécutifs et a abordé le domaine riche et innovant que représente l’épigénétique dans la compréhension et la thérapeutique des cancers. Des exposés didactiques ont été consacrés à la méthylation de l’ADN\, au « code des histones »\, à la maintenance de la chromatine et aux ARN non codants. Chercheurs et cliniciens ont apporté leur expérience des développements récents de l’épigénétique dans l’initiation du processus cancéreux et dans son évolution métastatique\, et des moyens thérapeutiques originaux qui peuvent être mis en œuvre pour atteindre ces mécanismes de régulation de l’expression des gènes. L’objectif de cette formation était de donner les bases de la compréhension de ces nouvelles classes de médicaments. \nProgramme \nQuelques photos :
